CENTRAL RESEARCH LABORATORY APLICATION AND RESEARCH CENTER QUALITY POLICY

Bartın University Central Research Laboratory expert staff aims to provide a nationally and internationally accepted service in its field with its infrastructure and laboratory facilities and has adopted the understanding of continuous improvement. Ensuring quality and reliability in measurements and analyzes in all units of the laboratory of our center, implementing and following the rules are under the responsibility and assurance of the senior management. In this scope, our Center has determined the following principles as its quality policy.

- Providing periodic calibration of analysis equipment,

- Providing the right analysis report by using the appropriate analysis method within the framework of confidentiality principles,

- Periodically checking the accuracy of the analysis methods used,

- Continuous operation of the correct reporting and registration system,

- Ensuring traceability in all works and correspondence,

- Evaluation of customer requests and complaints.
